MPI's World Education Congress Begins This Weekend

More than 4,000 people from the meetings and events industry are expected to attend MPI's World Education Congress (WEC) in Las Vegas. Topics include a full range of interests and knowledge sessions will follow two distinct educational tracks: the Strategic Meetings Management track and Executive Track. WEC is also where individuals interested in pursuing professional certification will take the exam to earn their CMP designation.

Of course, Las Vegas is also one of the best places for identifying industry best practices for meetings and events from an event planner's perspective, and I will be there and share my observations with readers. This includes the MPI program and other conversations that I will hold with industry leaders as it relates to events in Las Vegas.
