"Guide to Executive Manners" Belongs on Every Event Planner's Desk

From Rob Hard, About.com GuideNovember 14, 2008

I've kept Letitia Baldrige's New Complete Guide to Executive Manners on my desk for more than a decade now. This "how to" guide provides classic and practical advice that is useful for every event and meeting planner. I have also been known to share this with my clients from time to time, especially with those who have a strong appreciate for etiquette -- and sometimes with those who don't (it' a great gift). Letitia Baldrige shares her thoughts on invitations, meeting basics, gifts and more. Read my review and learn more.
