"Guide to Executive Manners" Belongs on Every Event Planner's Desk

I've kept Letitia Baldrige's New Complete Guide to Executive Manners on my desk for more than a decade now. This "how to" guide provides classic and practical advice that is useful for every event and meeting planner. I have also been known to share this with my clients from time to time, especially with those who have a strong appreciate for etiquette -- and sometimes with those who don't (it' a great gift).
