How to Boost Struggling Attendance

It is a sinking feeling to pour your heart and soul into an event launch and wake up to a lukewarm demand from potential attendees. There are so many factors that can affect attendance, but excuses aren't going to help you turn a profit when the chips are down. At some point you'll need to change your approach to how you are packaging and marketing the function.

The longer you wait to save a struggling event the harder it gets to draw a crowd. People prefer to plan ahead to attend events, so you will only face more obstacles if you wait too long to take a new angle on promotion. The good news is there are plenty of strategies out there for boosting attendance. I recently included a few of my favorites in this article on filling seats at your event.
