Marriott Event Planners Portal
Marriott has developed a central web site where event planners may find out more information about how they can help. There's also an online event RFP form there.

Starwood Event Planners Portal
Starwood Hotels, commonly known for its Sheraton, Le Meridien, Westin, St. Regis and W brands, has developed an online tool that helps event planners identify which hotels in a given city, region or airport within their network offers the meeting space and guest rooms for a given size group. This, however, requires a planner to understand how to calculate total square footage first.
